The post-apocalyptic pixel survival game, Zero Sievert, is out and players are dying to get their hands on it. We now have the chance to enter this Eastern European post-nuclear world and try to get through all the crazy monsters and raiders. The early access has been great and fans are wondering if they could bring their friends over and fight the nuclear wasteland together. However, is it even possible? Is there any kind of multiplayer in Zero Sievert? Well, we are going to give it to you straight.
Multiplayer in Zero Sievert
At this moment in time, there is no multiplayer for Zero Sievert. And it seems there are no plans for it.
The developer answered this question back in August, where he said that there are “no plans for it yet but there may be a possibility in the future!” However, if players read the description for the early access on Steam, they might see that their “goal with ZERO Sievert has been to be as transparent as possible with the community and to make the best single-player extraction shooter (they) can.”
By considering this, and the fact that the early access is supposed to last for a year, it seems there will be no multiplayer in Zero Sievert in the future. However, this is not bad news in any way for most fans of the game, as this means that indie developer Luca Carbonera will work solely to make the game better for the people that like it as it is.
Players will experience an interesting survival game where they will work alongside various survivors from a bunker to get through the apocalypse. The player will receive missions and quests from their fellow survivors and will explore, at the moment, 5 procedurally-generated areas to help them out.
