There are a lot of diseases, debuffs, and negative conditions in Baldur’s Gate 3 and there is never an easy fix for most of them. Potions tend to fix most problems, but there are some status effects, such as Flesh Rot, that aren’t solved with an Antidote or a Potion of Healing. Sometimes, you have to think outside of the box and use some of the special abilities that your Cleric hides away. Since there are a lot of spells in BG3, it can be hard to know which one will solve all of your problems. So, in this guide, we will tell you the spell that can cure Flesh Rot in Baldur’s Gate 3, and how you can get rid of this disease without a spell as well.
How to Cure Flesh Rot in BG3
The Flesh Rot disease in BG3 will give you Disadvantage on Charisma checks and will give you vulnerability for all types of attacks. It is a horrible debuff that can stay with you for a long time.
There are three ways to cure and get rid of the Flesh Rot disease in BG3:
- Pass the Constitution check
- Use a Restoration spell
- Long Rest
The effect of Flesh Rot will last around 20 turns and you will then have to face a DC 15 Constitution roll. If you pass it, the effect of the Flesh Rot disease will disappear without you doing anything. However, a character with a bad Constitution modifier will often fail the check.
At level 3 Cleric, Shadowheart will learn the Lesser Restoration spell, which can cure your character of the Flesh Rot disease in BG3. However, this will waste a level 2 spell slot for her.
The last method to easily get rid of the Flesh Rot debuff would be to take a Long Rest. In the morning, your character will wake up with full health and no debuffs.
