In Killer Frequency, players take the role of Forrest Nash, as he tries to keep as many people from Gallows Creek alive as possible. However, there are many ways you can fail along the way, and many people that can die if you say the wrong thing. Depending on how well you protect everyone, the personality of the Whistling Man will actually change. You will see different reactions from the killer close to the end as long as you manage to keep them from murdering everyone in town. So, here is a full list of all the possible endings in Killer Frequency and how to get each one of them.

All Endings in Killer Frequency
There are four possible endings you can get in Killer Frequency:
- Good Ending – Nobody dies
- Canon/Real Ending – One or more callers die, Forrest and Peggy survive
- Bad Ending – Forrest and Peggy die
- Worst Ending – Everyone dies
There are two things that you can do throughout the game that will decide which type of ending you will get for Killer Frequency:
- How many people you save
- What you do at the interview with the Whistling Man
Good Ending
To get the perfect good ending in Killer Frequency, players need to save absolutely everyone. If they manage to save everyone’s life, you will be 99% ready for this ending. You will also get the “Not All Talk” achievement when you do this.
You will just need to grab the birthday card off of Peggy’s desk during the confrontation with the Whistling Man to also save Forrest and Peggy, allowing you to get the perfect ending.
Real Ending
To get the real ending, someone will have to die out of all your callers. Otherwise, you still have to save Forrest and Peggy. This will get you the realistic “neutral” ending. You will also get the “The End?” achievement. However, you will get that no matter what ending you get.
Bad Ending
To get the bad ending, the only part that actually matters is what you do at the end. When Forrest starts to wonder if there is any way to prove that Peggy didn’t forget about Marie, you just have to ignore the birthday card.
If you do this, Marie will kill Peggy and Henry enters the room and kills Forrest. If you managed to save everyone, Marie will kill Peggy, but Forrest will be saved by the police.
Worst Ending
To get the worst possible ending in Killer Frequency, you need to let all of the callers die. If you fail to save even a single character from the Whistling Man, you won’t even get the chance to stop Marie and Henry.
The moment you get called, Peggy is already dead and Henry will just kill Forrest, the same way he does in the bad ending. You will get the “Killer Frequently” achievement for this.
And that is all you need to know about all the endings in Killer Frequency. Check out other interesting guides and articles:

There’s another ending- if you save all the callers but fail to save Peggy, Forrest will be spared, but Peggy will die.
Added that possibility for the Bad Ending. Thank you for mentioning it.
The trigger for saving Forrest in the bad ending is not saving all the callers. I had multiple callers die in my first playthrough, but Forrest still survived. I’m not sure what the real trigger is, however.
I think Forrest dies if you aren’t good with answer choices, or didn’t stall for long enough.
