Colony Ship: How to Use Medkit and Heal

Colony Ship How to Use Medkit and Heal

Colony Ship: A Post-Earth Role Playing Game really likes not explaining how anything works. New players that have never seen a game from Iron Tower Studios aren’t probably used to RPGs that are this unforgiving when it comes to most mechanics. Healing is usually an incredibly easy task, and it is the same in Colony Ship, if you know where to look. However, if you don’t know where to look, it might seem like it is impossible to heal in this game. In this guide we will show you exactly how to use all of those Medkits you’ve been collecting and how to heal in Iron Tower Studios’ Colony Ship.

You’ve probably noticed that you have a lot of Medkits in your inventory, however, you don’t know how to use them. This is alright since the game never properly explains how to use the Party Management menu.

Here is how to use a Medkit and heal your character and companions in Colony Ship:

  1. Press “P” to open the Party Management menu. You can also click the button in the bottom right part of the screen with an icon of three people.
  2. Next to your character’s portrait press the “Max” button.
  3. Press the “Heal” button below to instantly heal the character you chose to help.

Before you press the Heal button you will also see how many Medkits you are using out of the amount you have in your shared inventory.

If you don’t have a lot of Medkits and want to keep them for a better moment, you can also heal by talking to a doctor and paying an amount of money. Sarah at the Medbay in The Pit will always heal you for the right amount of credits.

And that is all you need to know about how to use Medkits and heal in Colony Ship: A Post-Earth Role Playing Game. Check out other interesting Colony Ship guides and articles:
