Well, this problem is more common than you can imagine, as there are two things that can cause the appearance of Tax Waste. To properly take care of this tumor before it grows, you should follow the tips listed below to get rid of Tax Waste in Victoria 3.
Tax Waste in Victoria 3
Tax waste is a modifier that can appear in Vicky 3 due to two factors:
- Negative Bureaucracy
- Turmoil
Depending on the situation, each one of these can create Tax Waste for you, which will lower your income from taxes.
Negative bureaucracy can be fixed by building and upgrading Government buildings. These can produce around 50 bureaucracy per level if you upgrade their productivity.
Turmoil in Victoria 3 is a problem that can drastically give you Tax Waste, which can be fixed through three different methods:
- Increase the Standard of Living in affected provinces
- Please the radicals
- Get a Police Force
Though the first two options work, the best thing you can do is get a Police Force. Depending on which Police Force you choose, you can lower the effects of turmoil by almost 100%. However, you might have to invest a lot of bureaucracy points, which can, in turn, get you more Tax Waste.
The idea would be to find the perfect balance where you can police your people and also keep your bureaucracy up. Otherwise, just give in into the demands of the radicals and maybe they won’t revolt anymore.
