Capcom’s newest release, Pragmata, is not the type of game one would expect to have multiple endings. The player never has to make choices during their playthrough, and there aren’t exactly side quests in the Cradle, unless one were to count playing hide and seek with the adorable Diana. However, players who are truly dedicated to seeing every inch of content this game has to offer will quickly discover that the game has a second secret ending for players to unlock. If you want to know what this ending entails and how to unlock it, then please read through this guide on how to get all endings in Pragmata.

Ending 1 – Our Promise

This ending is the default ending of the game and the one you’re required to get during your first playthrough. Just play through the game however you wish until you defeat the final boss. I would recommend getting as many collectibles as you can during this playthrough, though, as it’ll make the task we need to do for the second ending easier.

This first ending is very bittersweet by design and is sure to tug at the heartstrings. However, now that we’ve gotten the normal ending, it’s time to go for the hidden ending.

Ending 2 – The Right Man For the Job

After completing the game, the player will get several notifications when they reach the title screen informing them that they can either start a New Game+ Playthrough or load their completed save file from right before the final boss to tackle a new challenge called the ‘Unknown Signal’. To get the second ending, we’re going to need to do the latter.

Load your completed save, and you’ll be greeted with a cutscene in your home base where Cabin is panicking about an unknown presence in the Space Station.

After Cabin gives you permission to go and investigate the new area, the Hidden Chamber, you will be greeted with ten Simulation Pods that offer a variety of challenges for the player to complete. However, most of them will be locked when you enter the area.

In order to unlock these Pods and their challenges, the player will need to collect every collectible item from every area in the game and fight harder versions of every boss in the game that will spawn in their original arenas. That’s right, this ending will require 100% completion.

After 100%ing the game and completing every Simulation Pod challenge, the player will be rewarded with several optional costumes as well as a new Mod called the ‘Black Box’. This mod is key to getting the new secret ending.

Equip the Black Box as soon as you get it and return to the Orbital Elevator in the Central Port to fight the final boss again. This fight and the one that appears after it are exactly the same as your first playthrough, the cutscenes are identical as well, so don’t worry if things seem too similar.

Once the credits begin rolling, that’s when you will start to notice some differences between this ending and your first. Just enjoy the credits and the new post-credits scene as you close out your Pragmata playthrough.
