Capcom’s Pragmata, like many good games, features a wide variety of costumes for the player to unlock and wear. Both Hugh and Diana can obtain multiple different outfits that the player can equip in their home base. While Diana will be restricted to just wearing a jacket or various recolors of it during the main story, players who are determined to unlock everything will get plenty of different outfit types for her to wear during a second playthrough or in the post-game. All Costumes in Pragmata
Diana and Hugh both have ten different outfits that can be unlocked and worn via the suit rack in your home base. Most of these outfits can be unlocked via stamping spaces on Cabin’s various Stamp Boards. Stamps can be obtained via various treasure chests or gifting REMs to Diana. While you cannot see what rewards are hidden behind each space on a Stamp Board before you select it, these rewards are not randomized. Below is a list of each costumes for Hugh and Diana as well as which Stamp Board spots they are locked behind.

Unlock Condition: Default Outfit
Exolayer
Unlock Condition: Obtained via stamping the bottom right corner of Cabin’s first stamp card.
Exolayer Type-B
Unlock Conditions: Stamp the third space on the bottom row of Cabin’s second Stamp Card
Legion Zero
Unlock Conditions: Stamp every spot on Cabin’s second Stamp Board.
Legion Zero Type-B
Unlock Conditions: Stamp every spot on Cabin’s third Stamp Board.
Astro Classic
Unlock Conditions: Stamp the top-right corner of Cabin’s third stamp card.
Shadow Walker
Unlock Conditions: Stamp the top-left corner of Cabin’s fifth stamp card (Unknown Signal mode only).
Astro Classic Type-B
Unlock Conditions: Complete the game.
Obsidia
Unlock Conditions: Complete every Simulation Pod challenge in the Hidden Chamber (Unknown Signal mode only).
Neo Bushido
Unlock Conditions: Pre-order Bonus.
