My Time at Sandrock is a very accessible and fun game that most players will never have difficulty going through, especially when it comes to quests. Yes, you might have trouble getting all the right resources, but finishing quests should be easy if you follow all the mission icons and markers. The License for Ransom side mission is relatively easy to complete as you talk to all the people shown with quest markers all over the map. However, close to the end, it seems that the License is a little bit too well hidden and the mission icon is a bit off. License for Ransom Side Mission Walkthrough
The License for Ransom side mission in My Time at Sandrock will start when you get a letter in the mailbox telling you that your Builder License has been stolen. However, your character quickly realizes that the letter was meant for Mi-an, not for you.
If you talk to Mi-an, you can either decide to help her gather clues or wait for the Civil Corps to solve the problem. Either way, even if you help her talk to people and search for clues, you will still have to wait a day for the Civil Corps to help you.
The next day, if you’ve refused to help Mi-an or if you found all of the clues, Elsie will come to your house in the morning and tell you that she is the one that stole Mi-an’s Builder License. However, she lost it and needs your help to find it.
Now, you will have to follow her and start looking for the License.
Where to Find the License in My Time at Sandrock
Elsie will ask you to follow her all the way to the northern part of the Wandering Y Ranch. You will also get a mission icon that will show you the area where Mi-an’s Builder License might be found.
The problem here is that the item is hidden on the edge of the shown area, so some players might not see it. The place where you can find the License for the License for Ransom side mission in My Time at Sandrock is right next to the white gate leading to Moisture Farm.
Just approach the gate and look to the right, where the License is hiding behind a small crag in the ground, under the fence. You can see how it looks in the image at the top of the guide. You can also see on the map above the exact place where you can find it, where the player icon is standing.
