On the morning of October 11 2026, Sony and Arc System Works posted a new DLC trailer for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls which revealed the game’s second DLC character: Thor. This playable version of Thor won’t be the Thor Odinson that most people recognize though, but rather Jane Foster Thor.
Jane Foster first took up the mantle of Thor during the 2014 Jason Aaron run of the series and led the title for four whole years. Her theme song in Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls will be composed by Keiichi Okabe, giving her an appropriate godly vibe compared to the rest of the game’s roster.
Thor wasn’t the only DLC character revealed in this trailer though, as it ended with the unexpected reveal of every other character coming in the game’s Year 1 DLC Pass. Alongside Thor, Venom fans will be happy to know that the main symbiote himself will be added to the game as the third DLC character.
Originally debuting as a Spider-Man villain, Venom has since spun off into leading his own comic series as the protagonist similar and evolved into a character with very little connection to Spider-Man similar to other former Spider-Man villains like the Punisher.
Finally, the DLC will be closed out by Jubilee, a member of the X-Men who first joined the team in Chris Claremont’s run of the series. Her mutant ability allows her to generate firework explosions out of thin air. Although she lost her powers from 2005-2018, she has since regained them and has remained an iconic member of the team in various X-Men cartoons and movies.
This DLC announcement showcased art by the famed Peach Momoko, giving her interpretation of all of the characters revealed.

- Phoenix Cyclops – November 2, 2026
- Thor (Jane Foster) – Winter 2027
- Venom and Kylntar Stage – Spring 2027
- Jubilee – Summer 2027
