Fate/Samurai Remnant is filled with many side activities called Local Trials. These trials allow the player to earn a small amount of money or gain skill gems that you can use to upgrade your stats. The tasks in these trials range from fighting off groups of enemies to finding priceless items on the ground. One of these quests is to find and pray at five different old shrine locations in the town of Asakusa. Because Asakusa is one of the larger areas of the game, many players will have a hard time finding these shrines. So, here are the Asakusa Local Trials Old Shrine locations in Fate/Samurai Remnant.

Asakusa Local Trials Old Shrine Locations in Fate/Samurai Remnant
There are five Local Trials Old Shrine locations spread throughout the city of Asakusa Fate/Samurai Remnant. The shrines are small and aren’t marked on you map. So you will be required to search every nook and cranny of the town to find them.
You can find the first Asakusa Old Shrine near the top right section of the map. It’s hidden away in the corner of residential area of the town. There are two walls around this Old Shrine so it is easy to miss when walking by.
To find the second Asakusa Old Shrine simply walk upward from Iori’s home base in the Haunted Nagaya portion of the map. Because it’s so close to home you likely found this Old Shrine on your own naturally.
The third Asakusa Old Shrine can also be found in the Haunted Nagaya section of the map. From the second Old Shrine above walk directly east and you’ll find it on the same road.
Then for the fourth Asakusa Old Shrine, simply take the exit from the main street to the residential district of the map. You’ll find the Shrine sitting near an NPC.
Finally, for the fifth Asakusa Old Shrine, head south from Iori’s house in the Haunted Nagaya area. This Old Shrine is directly outside of his house so it’s unlikely you’ll miss it if you walk in this direction.
You can’t find this Old Shrine during the Prologue since the whole area is destroyed. Once you get to Chapter 1, the whole area will be fixed, allowing you to complete Local Trial.
Upon finding the final Asakusa Local Trials Old Shrine in Fate/Samurai Remnant, you will be rewarded with a steel mallet which can be used to upgrade Iori’s various Mountings starting from the second chapter of the game. An adequate reward for a quest as time consuming as this.
