Last week, a mysterious leak appeared on the internet forum site known as 4Chan which appeared to be a leak of Epic Games’ planned 2024 roadmap for their massive multiplayer Battle Royale game Fortnite! This image contained a thorough list of what to expect from the game going forward, including major collaborations!
While leaks like this can generally be thrown away at a moment’s notice, there was something special about this image: the timing. If all the information on the leak was to be true, then we would have full proof of its validity by Tuesday, April 23, when the third season of Fortnite Festival began. As the leak claimed that the Icon the season would be focusing on was Billie Eilish.
On the evening of April 21, 2024, the first signs of this roadmap being real began to appear online. The official Lego Fortnite account began to tease the addition of Klombo to the game. Just as the leak predicted. However, this tease wasn’t officially confirmation of Klombo, leaving some ambiguity to the claims.
The real lynchpin confirming the validity of the leak came at noon on April 22, 2024, when Billie Eilish’s official Twitter account confirmed that she would be added to the game as the focus of Fortnite Festival season 3! Predicting this accurately removed all doubt that the roadmap leak was real in the eyes of all gamers.
With the leak now being all but confirmed to be real, here is what players can expect to see from Fortnite throughout 2024.
Fortnite Festival
- Season 3: Billie Eilish
- Season 4: Metallica
- Season 5: Karol G
- Season 6: Snoop Dogg
LEGO Fortnite
- Star Wars Star Destroyer
- Klombo
Battle Royale
- Pirates of the Caribbean in July
- An apocalypse-themed season from June to August
- Doctor Doom-themed season in September
- Another Fortnitemares event in October
- Chapter 2 OG in November
- Chapter 6 Launch in December

With this roadmap, it appears that Fortnite players have a lot to look forward to throughout 2024. While this may appear to be one of the slower years for Fortnite, seasons such as Myths and Mortals have fundamentally changed the game in so many ways that it’s hard to complain about having only a few seasons this year.
Fortnite is currently available to download on Android, IOS, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series S|X, and PC via the Epic Games Store.
