IGN’s upcoming video preview for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has leaked online ahead of the game’s official reveal. It confirms important details about the game including its name and release date.
Warhorse Studios was initially set to drop the trailer on Thursday, April 18. However, IGN got the jump on them.
IGN quickly took down the video. Unfortunately, at that point, the video had circulated all over the internet.

IGN, Warhorse Studios, and Plaion appear to be working hard to scrub the accidental release from the internet. They’ve at least had some level of success.
With that said, the leaked trailer confirms that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will be released at some point later this year for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC. The sequel’s exact release date remains unknown.
The unofficial announcement of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 comes a month after the release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance – Royal Edition for the Nintendo Switch. The “Royal Edition” comes with the base game and all additional content. It was first released in June 2019.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is described as a “story-driven open-world RPG.” The 2018 title has surprisingly low review scores on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC despite the accolades it won ahead of its release and when it was finally available to play.
When Does Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Come Out?
Unfortunately, Warhorse Studios hasn’t said anything at all about the sequel. But, with no news about the studio’s next game since Kingdom Come: Deliverance, most believed a follow-up to the first game was due. This is especially after the developers confirmed that the game had sold over 6 million copies since it came out in 2018.
The combination of robust sales, extensive support from the community post-launch, and the accolades are perfectly good reasons to assume Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is in development even before official word got out.
Now that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s trailer is out in the wild, we’re waiting for details from Warhorse Studios.
Warhorse Studios and IGN have yet to comment on the trailer leak.
