Can You Save Mayrina’s Brothers in BG3?
You first meet Mayrina’s brothers on the way toward the Sunlit Wetlands as they harass Auntie Ethel to find out where their sister has disappeared. No matter what you say, they will end up running into the wetlands by themselves.
You will later find both of their bodies in these Wetlands, wondering if there was some way to save them.
Well, there is no way to save Mayrina’s brothers in BG3, since their end is hardcoded. We have even tried knocking them out when you first interact with them, but the game acts like they have died.
If you don’t intervene in the interaction with Auntie Ethel, she will most likely end them before they even get into the Swamp. The best you can do is talk to them using Speak with Dead to find out more about them and the Swamp itself.
