Digimon World: Next Order features many interesting side quests where you interact with all the different Digimon. In Server Desert, Tower Road, Meteormon is waiting for you with a puzzle/riddle. He promises to give you a prize if you can figure it out and it would be a waste not to finish this riddle in seconds. Since Meteormon is trying to give you a great reward for basically nothing, here is the solution to the Gotsumon puzzle in Digimon World Next Order.
Gotsumon Puzzle Answer in Digimon World: Next Order
There are 5 Meteormons standing at Tower Road, all telling you something to help you figure out who the Gotsumon is and who the liar is.
Here is what each Meteormon will tell you for this Digimon World Next Order Gotsumon puzzle:
- Meteormon Type 1 – I’m not a Gotsumon.
- Meteormon Type 2 – The one facing east isn’t a Gotsumon, okay?
- Meteormon Type 3 – The one opposite me isn’t a Gotsumon.
- Meteormon Type 4 – The one next to me is lying.
- Meteormon Type 5 – The Gotsumon ends every sentence with “okay?”

By looking at what everyone says, the answer becomes pretty clear. Here are the answers to the Gotsumon puzzle:
- Liar: Meteormon No. 4
- Gotsumon: Meteormon No. 2
Completing this side quest will get you the Lapsapraecepice. This rock will allow you to digivolve any champion level Digimon into a Meteormon instantly.
This might not sound necessarily amazing, but it is a nice way to quickly level up to the next digivolution and advance to the mega stages. Otherwise, you can just keep it until later, when you might find a different use for it.
