Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 – All Armory Data Locations

To upgrade your weapons and to become a true xenos destroying machine in Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2, you will need to farm Armory Data. These are a special resource that can be reliable collected during the Operations missions. In these missions, 1 Armory Data will spawn on the map in one of the set random locations. If you don’t know the 6 set locations, you will likely spend more time than necessary on the Operations, checking empty spots in hope of a Armory Data appearing there.

In this guide I’ve listed all of the set random locations where the Armory Data can spawn, as well as how many of them are for each mission.

Inferno Operation Armory Data Locations

Astra Militarum Camp

Armory Data #1

As you enter the camp, you will see a green barricade right above the Ammo Cache. Go up to it.

The Armory Data can spawn right next to the left barricade as you look at it from up there, right next to the tent.

Armory Data #2

After opening the gate into the camp, go up the path to the left to reach the higher level of tents.

At the end of the road you’ll find an entrance to a cavern. Don’t go into the cave, go to the left behind the large military tent.

The Armory Data spawn point is right behind the tent, next to a worktable.

Promethium Refinery

Armory Data #3

As you enter the refinery, look to the right. You’ll see two flags with a “4” on them. Jump down there and enter the 4th generator area.

Walk straight through the refinery, get out of it, and look to the right.

The Armory Data will spawn in the right corner, next to the big metal boxes.

Abandoned Base

Armory Data #4

Right before reaching the Observation Platform, you’ll enter a large room with a broken bridge in the distance. There are two paths to advance, one by using a ramp on the left or by going under the platform. Go under the platform.

The Armory Data can spawn in the left corner of the room as you approach it, as seen in the image below.

Observation Platform

Armory Data #5

Close to the end of the operation, you will take an elevator and get out on a rooftop full of steel platforms. At the end of this small area you would normally go to the left and climb down some stairs to reach the helipad that can be seen from the ledge. However, you need to enter the room to the right first.

The Armory Data can spawn in the right part of the room.

Decapitation Operation Armory Data Locations

Imperial City

Armory Data #1

After getting out of the cathedral and walking up and down the steel staircases, you will reach a rooftop area with a big tower with 02 on it. Instead of going straight ahead, jump down the ledge to the left.

Walk straight ahead through the doorway and approach the base of the destroyed 01 tower.

The Armory Data spawn point is right behind the green box next to the pillar.

Armory Data #2

After finishing the bit where you walk around the broken rooftops and steel platforms, you will jump down to your first Assemble point of the mission. This will be the entrance to the Bridge Tower, with big red doors.

Instead of going to the doors, go to the left and walk around the ledge. The Armory Data can spawn right next to the column there.

Bridge Tower

Armory Data #3

After placing the explosive charges inside the Tower, you will open a door and walk through a beautiful illuminated hallway. At the end of the hallway you will reach another Assemble point.

Instead of going to the elevator, walk to the lower right corner of the room, as seen from the entry point. The Armory Data can spawn right in the corner there.

Station

Armory Data #4

After detonating the charges and destroying the bridge using the giant statue, you will have to proceed to an elevator to the next area. In that same room, right after you enter, look to the right. The Armory Data can spawn right behind the steel control panel.

Station Ducts

Armory Data #5 and #6

While going after the Hyve Tyrant, you will take an elevator up to reach some air ducts. After defeating all the xenos in those tunnels, you will reach a large opening where you will see the Tyrant climbing somewhere high.

Jump down from the ducts and you will a large room with giant chains hanging in the middle. To the left and right you will have two rooms, opposite of each other.

Both rooms have a Armory Data spawn location. Just enter them and look in the right corner.

Vox Liberatis Operation Armory Data Locations

Cathedral

Armory Data #1

After jumping down a ledge, you will see the Cathedral relatively closely by as you walk down a ruined pathway.

On the left you’ll see a small room with random items in it, illuminated red, and to the right you’ll have a path that goes downward, further to the right. Go down that path.

At the end of the path you’ll reach a tiny yellow room where the Armory Data can spawn. It’s hard to miss since it’s out of the way and a dead end.

Armory Data #2

Inside the Cathedral where you fight the heretics for the first time, go up the stairs to the left.

The Armory Data can spawn right in front of the statue next to the left wall of the room.

Plaza

Armory Data #3

While advancing to the Cathedral, you’ll take an elevator and reach a large area flooded in the middle, with two elevated walkways to the left and right. The one on the left is ruined and you can climb it right from the start. Do just that.

Once you reach the platform, you’ll see three large boxes in the distance, to the left, right next to the stairs that bring you back down.

The Armory Data can spawn right behind them.

Archive

Armory Data #4

Though the objective calls this the “Cathedral,” the game calls it at the end when you check your exp rewards, the “Archive.” So, once you finish with the large flooded area and enter the Archive, you will find a loadout drop and then you will advance to take an elevator to the lower levels of the Cathedral.

Do not advance to the center of the room, since this will block you from exploring the area. Instead, go to the left. The Armory Data can spawn right in front of the blocked off staircase.

Daemonhost

Armory Data #5

As you enter the Daemonhost final battle location, turn to the left. It’s possible the path will be blocked, so destroy the necessary Chaos Altars first to remove it.

You will reach a set of stairs. Instead of going up on them or besides them, take a double left turn.

The Armory Data can spawn next to the bookshelf, in the corner, right in front of the staircase.

Reliquary Operation Armory Data Locations

Mountain Road

Armory Data #1

Right at the start of the operation, you will reach a ruined crypt with a creepy statue. Go through the archway in between the walls.

After taking a right through the little path, you will see some rubble to the left. The Armory Data will spawn behind that rubble.

So, go around the structure by hugging the wall to the left until you reach the other side of the rubble shown in the image above.

PS. A Gene-Seed can also spawn through the small ruined hallway next to the creepy statue, so make sure to look at your feet before reaching the rubble.

Armory Data #2

At the end of the Mountain Road, when you can see the Tomb in the distance, you will have two possible paths to advance. One to the right, which is more straightforward, and one to the left, along a big tower. Go to the left.

When you reach the tower, look to the left and you’ll see the opening to a crypt. Go inside of it.

The Armory Data can spawn directly next to the doorway, on the right.

Bridge

Armory Data #3

After getting out of the Tomb and using the elevator, you will reach the Bridge section where a Heldrake keeps constantly burning the way forward. Instead of going toward the fire, take a hard left.

At the end of the downward path, you’ll find a fire brazier sitting next to a wall. The Armory Data can spawn right in front of the brazier.

Armory Data #4

After running through the Heldrake bombardment, you will reach a tall burning tower, your first real “safe” location from the daemon. Instead of entering the tower, go to the right down a steel stairway.

Follow the path until the end (which should take around 2 or 3 seconds) and you will reach an underground room. The Armory Data can spawn right in front of the pillar with a white light on it, with a body on the ground next to it.

Armory Data #5

At the end of the Bridge section, you will reach a part with statues to the left and right, where you can see that you are right next to the Cathedral.

Instead of going the way the Heldrake is defending, go down to the right on a little steel platform, away from all the chaos.

The Armory Data can spawn right at the end of this little platform, on the right.

Fall of Atreus Operation Armory Data Locations

Necropolis

Armory Data #1

Right at the start of the operation when you reach the Necropolis and the first enemies, instead of going through the archway and following the objective, go to the left to the end of the floor.

The Armory Data can spawn right there, it’s impossible to miss if it actually appeared here.

Cathedral

Armory Data #2

In the room where you have to lift the rocks to create an opening in the ground. Look at the crane from the entrance and walk to the right of it.

The Armory Data can appear to the left of the statue.

Adeptus Mechanicus Base

Armory Data #3

The last data can be found in the last area of the operation. After talking to the Tech-Priests, you will exit to an outside area where you need to move a Fusion Battery. Go down the ramp and climb the ramp on the opposite side of the battery, where a second entrance into the base would normally be if the game wasn’t linear.

The Armory Data can spawn right next to the door there, next to the Tech-Priest body.

Ballistic Engine Operation Armory Data Locations

Station Approach

Armory Data #1

Right at the end of the dust storm area, instead of going to the left to the elevator with the Assemble point, go to the right.

The Armory Data can spawn inside this hangar, to the right.

Outdoors

Armory Data #2

Right after taking the elevator from the Bomb Storage (after the A, B, C minigame), you will reach a hallway where the path splits. Go to the left.

Now, instead of going straight, to the objective, go to the left and enter the secondary room. Turn to the left and look in the corner for a possible Armory Data.

Armory Data #3

After exiting the facility, you’ll be out in the dust storm again. You’ll take a left and reach a part where the path splits. Stairs to the left and a ramp to the right. Go up the ramp to the right.

Go to the left and, at the top of the ramps, you’ll see crane hanging over a red box at the end of the floor.

The Armory Data can spawn behind it.

Train Station

Armory Data #4

At the Train Station, when you need to jump down on the tracks, walk straight ahead, past the large gray wagon.

The Armory Data can spawn in the right corner, behind the gray box, to the right of the trailer with the sandbags on it.

Armory Data #5

After the train tracks area, you’ll reach a storage area full of containers. At the end of the section you’ll reach a loadout supply and an elevator. Take a few steps back and look to the right while facing the elevator.

The Armory Data can spawn right next to the boxes on the right. More specifically, to the left of the red box.

Termination Operation Armory Data Locations

Jungle

Armory Data #1

After getting through the Cadian camp and the big plant blocking the path, you’ll reach a burning tank next to a tall watchtower. Walk up to the tank and take a left.

The Armory Data can spawn at the start of the steel walkway, on the left as you approach it. It will appear right next to the cliff.

Generator Hall

Armory Data #2

Right after you pass the gather point and enter the large room with a locked door in front of you, go to the right and walk a few feet. To the right again you’ll see a little loader, next to the sewer grates.

Armory Data #3

Right at the entrance of the area, go to the left, through the F3 door with the double-headed eagle next to it.

As you pass through the doorway, you’ll see boxes stacked on top of each other straight ahead. The Armory Data can spawn right behind them, on the left.

Armory Data #4

After passing through the gate, go through the corridor on the right and follow the path until your each a red room in the distance.

The Armory Data can spawn in the back of the red room, behind the boxes covered by a tarp.

Reclamation Center

Armory Data #5

In the room with the spiral platforms going up, go all the way to the top.

The Armory Data can spawn in the large ventilation shaft on the last floor, to the left.

Obelisk Operation Armory Data Locations

Bridge

Armory Data #1

The first Armory Data location on Obelisk is very close to the start of the Operation. Right when you get under the bridge and the path splits into two, with one leading to the Assembly point elevator, and one leading nowhere, go to the left.

Once you reach the underpass, you will have a path to the right, leading you back to the elevator, and one to the left, which will lead you behind a structure. Go to the left again.

The Armory Data can spawn right next to the structure, in this dead end.

Armory Data #2

Later, after you get down from the bridge, you’ll reach an area where you can see the entrance to the Tomb and you’ll have to jump down. Here, go to the right and follow the path downwards through the archway.

Once you jump down to the “ground” floor, go behind and you’ll find a hidden area, overlooking the chasm. The Armory Data can spawn in this room.

Tomb Exit

Armory Data #3

There are two ways the Tomb can go. Right after you pick up the chalice, you’ll reach a corridor where you can place down the chalince. Here, either the door forward will be open, or the one to the right.

If you go forward, your “mission” will be finding a servoskull. If you go to the right, your mission will be to reactivate consoles. If you went to the right, go to the next Armory Data location.

After the servoskull will open a door for you, you’ll have to jump down on a broken platform. After jumping down twice from the initial location and form the platform, go to the right twice.

The Armory Data can spawn at the top of the stairs on the right part of the area.

Armory Data #4

If you went to the right through the Tomb after picking up the chalice, then here’s where you need to keep an eye out for an Armory Data.

Close to the end of the first section, you’ll have to jump down through a crack in the wall to reach a closed door. To the left of the crack, there’s a staircase. Depending on RNG, there’s a chance you will pass by it naturally.

The Armory Data can spawn at the top of the stairs, on the right.

Armory Data #5

After you finish the reactivation minigame, you’ll Assemble at a door and will open up a new area. After walking a bit, you’ll reach a broken staircase where you’ll have to jump down to a chalice stand.

Here, go to the left and enter the very dark and small room to the side. The Armory Data can spawn in this hidden area, on the right as you enter it.

Broken Battlefield

Armory Data #6

This one is pretty easy to check and spot. Right after exiting the Tomb, you’ll reach a loadout spot. Advance forward and take a left at the big dead tree.

Take another left at the ruins and the Armory Data should shine right around the corner, if it spawned there.

Armory Data #7

To the right, as you get out of the Tomb, there’s a ruined tower. Go to the second floor and, if you haven’t found an Armory Data until this point, it will spawn in an unreachable location behind the rock shown below.
