One of the most fun parts of Warhammer is building your characters to do insane damage in every battle. However, sometimes it can get a bit exhausting, especially after hours of gameplay and with the fast rate characters evolve at. So, if you started the new Rogue Trader DLC, just got Eogunn and you’re not entirely sure in which direction you want to go with his build, I got you! Luckily, I had a save file right before Act 3 Endgame. Here are two different builds you can use for Eogunn: a standard support/healer + damage focused.
Servo-Skull Overseer Support Build
Since Eogunn already has the first 16 levels of abilities as the Officer Archetype by default, as well as Intelligence and Fellowship already quite high, I mostly focused on these two as the main stats, as well as chose talents that relied on these two as a factor. In terms of skills, I also stuck to the default ones (Logic and Tech-Use), and for the other abilities, I tried to find a balance between ones that help allies with increased damage & resolve, as well as offer healing. If you think you’re a bit squishy, feel free to prioritize the Medical skills first and get to the others later.
In terms of weapons, Intelligence based weapons (i.e. plasma) are probably best, but if you have Pascal built, you should already have a vague idea of what works.
Initially, I chose the option of of Servo-Skull Overseer because I thought it was in character (the things I do for you, Nuncius). But yes, as a support, it’s a very good option that meshes well with his innate abilities. I’ve added the first set of levels in case anyone wants to see them while considering their options.

Servo-Skull Swarm Overseer
Even though personally I was tempted to get the Charge Distribution skill as soon as possible, getting the Medicae Signal is more optimal for the Servo-Skull Swarm use, as not only does it heal, but also it’s helpful for when you get Brother-in-Arms (which lets the familiar share a percentage of its stats with the affected users).

Cyber-Eagle Damage Build
For this build, I wanted to focus more on Eogunn’s personal damage. I stuck with the Overseer Archetype since I thought it just really works with his stats, and I also considered his Officer abilities could potentially instead focus on the damage of the Cyber-Eagle. This build would be a better fit if you already have someone like Jae in the Overseer Servo-Skull Swarm role and want to try something a bit more fun, especially since Eogunn has some pretty interesting damage unique talents.
Again, I kept the main stats the same, it’s only the class abilities I changed around, making them more focused on increasing Eogunn’s damage instead of just the party’s.
