The Thaumaturge is an RPG that places a lot of value on player input and choices. Though most of the game you will look at dialogue options and will question most of your decisions, there will be moments where you’ll just have to walk around clicking the Perception skill button.
The Tailor’s Dilemmas side quest is one of these. After entering the Tailor’s Atelier and finding the four clues hidden inside his shop, Wiktor will unlock a new dialogue option with the craftsman that will start up this specific mission.
To complete this side quest, the thaumaturge will have to reach 10 separate Conclusions by exploring all the areas of Warsaw. As opposed to the Urban Secrets, players won’t get a nice little red line to show them the way to the Observations.
The Tailor’s Dilemmas Side Quest Walkthrough
To complete this specific side quest, players will need to explore all of the areas in Warsaw to find special Fashion Magazines. All these regions will have 3 Observations hidden that will only reveal themselves once Wiktor activates his Perception close enough to them.
Completing these Conclusions will allow Wiktor to unlock new cosmetic outfits by talking to the Tailor after picking up the magazines.

A Dream Within A Dream Observations Locations (Northern Srodmiescie)
There are three main locations to use Perception in Northern Srodmiescie which will be relatively easy to find. You can see them in the image above, with the red and white diamond icons.
Two of them are relatively close to the Szulski Family House, with the last one being hidden in the far western corner of the map.
Picking all three of them up will guide you using Perception to a magazine that will unlock a new outfit when you talk to the Tailor.
Trapped Observations Locations (Southern Srodmiescie)
Southern Srodmiescie has the two Observations that are available right after the Prologue of the game, with one hidden behind an gate. The one in the middle of the map, in front of the Imperial Hotel, is only accessible after completing The Reptilian Bash main quest.
Off-White Observations Locations (Powazki Cemetery)
Again, you’ll need three Observations to reach the Off-White Conclusion, which you can see in the image above.
One is right next to the Tram Stop, on the bench there. The second one is to the south of the Cemetery, and the last one is inside the graveyard, in the eastern corner, next to a tomb.
Against the Current Observations Locations (Powisle)
Powisle is a little bigger than the Cemetery, so it might be harder to find everything without a guide.
The Observations are lined up from the north to the south, right from the Carriage fast travel point.
