All Sketches Locations in The Thaumaturge

There are 55 Sketch locations scattered throughout Warsaw that are available once the player finishes the Prologue.

The guide isn’t complete yet, but we will do our best to finish it as soon as possible.

All Missable Sketches

There are 3 Sketches that can be missed if you progress through the main story. This is why we decided to make a special category for them, since this can ruin the playthrough of some of you.

Quince Liqueur

Getting home after the funeral in the main quest The Mermaid City’s Son will bring you to one of these missable Sketches. When you help the uncle get a drink from the basement, give him the liqueur and tell him that you need more time to look around.

Now, you can Sketch the Liqueur behind him by interacting with it.

Soiree

There’s a hidden Sketch in Suite 237 of the Imperial Hotel (South Srodmiescie). You can only make it during the The Reptilian Bash main quest, so be sure to explore the suite before finishing the objective.

Fights in the Dungeon

Grab this Sketch while you’re in the Dungeon in Powisle, in the eastern corner of the room.

All Sketches in Powazki Cemetery

Since Powazki Cemetery is the first place players will discover the existence of Sketches, we will first go through the 5 of them hidden in this area.

Chocolate Lounge

If you don’t pick up this Sketch during the main quest, then you can come to Powazki Cemetery during daytime in the southern part of the map and get it by ordering a chocolate.

Fiddler

A man is playing a violin during the daytime, right next to the Carriage in the northwestern part of the map. Listen to him perform to get the Sketch.

Live Photography Demonstration

This one is an Urban Secret, which means you can actually track it once you pick up the first observation. Here are the locations of the 3 clues:

1. Poster, north of the Carriage.
2. Notes from a Sermon, north of the entrance into the Cemetery.
3. The Warsaw Gazette, southeast of the Tram stop.

After this, players will get the following objective for the side quest, “Go to the live photography show at 5/9 Powazkowska Street.”

This will guide you to the western part of the Powazki Cemetery, where you will finish the quest during the afternoon and get the Live Photography Demonstration Sketch.

Gentlemen’s Club

Again, we’ll need to collect 3 clues before finding the end location of the Sketch:

1. Torn Letter, on the tram tracks in the middle of the map.
2. Bigot’s Diary, on the second bench to the right of the entrance into the Cemetery.
3. Note for the Delivery Boy, north of the Tram stop, next to the flowers in the barrel to the north.

After that, at night, go right into the building next to Rasputin’s, on the eastern street in the Powazki Cemetery area.

Lesson in Trendy Dance

We’ll need to collect 3 clues before finding the end location of the Sketch:

1. Notes from a Sermon, in the Cemetery, on a bench on the way to the family crypt.
2. “Ivy” Magazine, on a barrel on the southern side of the street to the east where Rasputin lives.
3. Dancing Handbook, on a bench next to the tram tracks, right next to the Tram stop.

After getting these 3, head to Carriage at night and walk a bit to the west to reach the dance class.

All Sketches in Northern Srodmiescie

With the house of Wiktor standing right in this district, players should get around gathering all 12 Sketches in this area.

Cup of Cocoa

Inside the Szulski house, in the northwestern part of the residence. A cup of Cocoa will be ready on the table for the player to drink it.

Chess

This Sketch can be retrieved within the public park situated in the center of Northern Srodmiescie, during noon.

Cognac Lounge

At the bar in the northeastern part of the map, during the afternoon/night.

Exotic Ceremony

Urban Secret:

1. Bigot’s Diary, north, south of the Tram stop
2. Brochure, next to the Cognac Lounge
3. Daring Photograph, in the southwestern corner of the map

Final location:

• At the end of the main street to the west, during the night.

Ice Cream Cart

At the center of the map, in front of the round building, during the morning/noon.

Oriental Party at the Count’s

Urban Secret:

1. Lost Invitation, in the dirt, under the lamp
2. Bigot’s Diary, next to the round building.
3. Instruction for the Courier, on the sidewalk

Final location:

• Northeastern part of the map, during the afternoon.

Musician in the park that appears only during the morning. Select to relax to take the Sketch.

Discussion About Art

Urban Secret available during Act 2:

2. Article in “Spikes” Magazine, in front of the house.

Final location:

• At the Patisserie where you found the Complaint, during the afternoon.
