SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide, like the other Purple Lamp SpongeBob games, features a huge variety of unlockable costumes that the player can purchase and wear throughout their playthrough. All of these costumes are references to classic episodes of the television series and will make players feel a tug of nostalgia any time they put them on. However, acquiring these costumes isn’t as simple as walking into the shop and grabbing them. If the player truly wishes to have all of SpongeBob’s outfits they’ll need to find a large amount of treasure chests and complete nearly all of the game’s sidequests. SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide – All Costumes
There are a total of 31 different costumes to unlock in SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide if one doesn’t include DLC Costumes in their count. These Costumes can be acquired via treasure chests, sidequests, and other miscellaneous means. Once a costume is unlocked it must also be purchased in the shop with coins. SpongeBob has 23 different costumes that can be unlocked and worn in the base game, with five of his costumes being downloadable DLC.

Patrick Costumes
Patrick has significantly less costumes than SpongeBob, only 9 in total (not counting the DLC costumes). Because of this you’ll both be acquiring Patrick costumes much less frequently and will often have to go through a more ridiculous unlock requirement to get them.

In addition to costumes that can be worn by the two protagonists, the player can also unlock a wide variety of displays that appear around the Floating Krab hub zone.
