In Robin Hood – Sherwood Builders players will have to develop their settlement in the woods to reach prosperity that has never been seen in England since Richard Lionheart. However, to fulfill this dream, players will need to cut down and collect trees such as Pine, Birch, and many other types which are hidden all over the large forest. Luckily, all the trees are color coded on the map, which means it should be easy to find them all with a bit of looking around. In this guide we will help you figure out where to find all tree types in Robin Hood – Sherwood Builders, showing you the exact locations of trees such as Birch and Beech.

All Tree Types Locations in Robin Hood – Sherwood Builders

The game color coded on the map the locations of all tree types:
- Pine – Blue
- Beech – Green
- Birch – Yellow
- Willow – Red
- Spruce – Purple
If you close up the map you can see that all 4 regions have a special color and that these 5 colors appear on top of them, showing the general area where these types of trees grow. The problem is that some of the colors seem to be wrong.
For example, we know that north of Robin’s Village only Pine trees grow, but the map shows the whole area as green, which should be Beech trees. Still, the problem seems to mainly exist for Pine and Beech, which are inverted.
Where to Find Birch Trees
Pine and Beech are really easy to find since both are very close to Robin’s Village. However, players will notice that most of the buildings in the village will require Birch trees to construct or upgrade.
First of all, you’ll need a Copper Axe to cut down a Birch tree.

Birch trees are represented with a yellow color on the map, which can be found in the southern area of the Barnsdale region, at the Nine Ladies Stone Circle. You can see the exact location in the image above, shown with purple. This is the closest place Robin Hood can gather Birch, since the other places are in the blue region, which represents Peak District.
East of the stone circle players can find a fast travel point surrounded by Birch and Beech trees.
Where to Find Spruce Trees
Spruce is another one of the tree types that are relatively hard to find. It is only shown in specific regions on the map, but can be found relatively close to the village. You’ll need an Iron Axe to cut down this type of tree.

The best place to farm Spruce trees relatively early game would be southeast of Conisbrough Castle in the Sherwood Forest region. The whole edge of the map next to the De Grey camps is full of them.
There’s also a Signpost just north of the area, allowing players to easily come here at any time.
