If you’re struggling to get funds in the beginning of the game, collectibles are a good way to get you started, as quite a few of them show up in different locations from day 1, giving you about 400$. They are also a good boost throughout the game, as you receive a majority of them through inspections. Here are all the collectibles I have found in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check.
All Collectibles List
There are 14 collectibles, 6 of which can be found through exploration, while the rest of them can only be acquired through inspections.
I started with the ones which can be found on the first day, with only the Laboratory and Tower ones unlocked later. The last part of the guide will showcase all the collectibles found at the Checkpoint.
Command Room – Grenade
From Day 1, you can find the grenade right under your bed. If it’s hard to click on it properly. You can also croutch by using Ctrl.
Middle Zone – Truck
As you go into the middle hallway that connects all the zones, there will be a big truck where the second collectible is. To get onto it, press Space to jump on the object before it. If you’re finding it a bit difficult, I tried jumping in between the barrels and the box and that helped me get onto the barrels easier.
Garage – Crowbar
Following the signs, get to the Garage. If you go straight, there will be a table with tools on it. Grab the golden crowbar.
Helicopter Pad – Trolley
Don’t leave the Garage. There will be some faded yellow stairs that lead to the heli pad. Go up and forwards and you will see a golden trolley.
Laboratory – Bottle
This one will only show up after the Lab becomes accessible, which is around the second week of gameplay. As you go in, turn left and forward. In the corner, there will be a box with a golden bottle to collect.
Tower – Soldier
To get to the tower, you once again need to go through the Garage. If you’re unsure on how to get there, check the map. Go through the double door, and there will be three towers. The one in the middle should have the little golden soldier.
Checkpoint Collectibles
These are all the collectibles you can only find through inspections at the Checkpoint.
Alien
On Day 9, one guy with glasses will show up carrying this little green alien. Confiscate it for rewards!
Gun
Nailed Bat
Chainsaw
The chainsaw is related to one of the directives you receive from the Major. For extra rewards, make sure to eliminate the target after confiscating all the weapons.
