The newest release in Sega’s popular Like a Dragon Franchise, Like a Dragon Gaiden, is filled to the brim with the memorable sidequests. As well as many franchise callbacks that players would expect. However, that has resulted in some sidequests that may be hard for new players to parse and complete. One of these quests is “Never Forget About Four Shine!”. This quest requires players to go to the cabaret club Four Shine from Yakuza Kiwami 2 and take a picture of it. If you are new to the Like a Dragon franchise, here is the location of Four Shine in Like a Dragon Gaiden.
Four Shine Location in Like a Dragon Gaiden
Unfortunately for new players, the location or Four Shine isn’t marked on your map. The cabaret club can be found in the central street at Shofukucho. Exactly where it was in Yakuza Kiwami 2.
Veterans to the franchise will know this place well as they spent a lot of time here. To complete the “Never Forget About Four Shine” quest, you’ll need to take a photo of the building.
To take photos in Like a Dragon Gaiden, press the up button on your D-Pad. If a building or other quest objective needs to be photographed, an X button prompt will appear on the screen. This will always indicate what you need to take a photo of.
After you’ve taken the photo of Four Shine, walk to the upper left corner of your map. Around here will be a woman marked with an exclamation point next to the restaurant Kinryu Ramen. Deliver the photo to her to complete the quest.
Completing this quest will reward you with 25,000 yen, 500 Akame points, and some lore on what happened to Yuki after Yakuza Kiwami 2.
It is unfortunate that we do not see Yuki in Like a Dragon Gaiden and Four Shine has been replaced as the game’s main cabaret club. Nonetheless, it is nice to see a side quest pay homage to a beloved minigame from a past entry.
