Deadlock, Valve’s highly anticipated game, has recently lifted its NDA, allowing players to see the hero shooter through their own computer screen. While there’s currently no public release date, you can still get a chance to play it in private. Deadlock remains in an early development stage, accessible only through invites.
How to get an invite to playtest Deadlock
To gain access to Deadlock and start playing it right now for free, you just need to receive an invite through Steam from a Steam friend.
There are two very simple ways you can do this. You can either:
- Join our Discord server and we will personally send you an invite!
- Go to the Deadlock subreddit megathread where you can ask someone to send you the invite.
Once someone sends you an invite, it will take any time between 5 minutes and 48 hours to actually get an email from Steam to accept it. Have patience and you will get to play Deadlock in less than 2 days!
