Resident Evil Requiem has no shortage of collectibles and short side journies for players to venture on in order to earn some extra ammo and equipment. One of the strangest in the game is the BSAA Containers scattered throughout Racoon City, as unlike other collectibles the player will be introduced to these via a cutscene. In addition to this, one of these containers is actually mandatory to make main story progress. If you are a curious player who is struggling to find these containers or simple a trophy hunter looking to earn the “Crate Expectations” trophy, then please feel free to follow this guide detailing all of the crate locations in Resident Evil: Requiem.
All BSAA Container Locations in Resident Evil Requiem
To open the BSAA containers you will first need to progress the plot until you reach the cutscene where Leon gets the BSAA key. Once you have this key, you’ll be able to open any of the containers as long as it’s in your inventory. Despite the game claiming that there are four containers, there are actually only three as the area where you got the key is a container in of itself.
BSAA Container 1
This BSAA Container is actually found in the Central Camp that is your de facto base during this section of the game. Because of that, it is also the only container required fo complete the game. Just open it up and you’ll find a repair kit and a fancy motorcycle.
BSAA Container 2
The third container is actually the closest to where you found the BSAA key. After fighting for fuel at the Gas Station, head down the road to your right and search for a ladder that can be used to climb the containers. After climbing it, jump on down to the other side and open the container.
There will be several zombies waiting for you within this container, but considering that explosive barrel nearby I doubt they’ll be a problem. Your reward for opening this container is a new rifle and likely a few bits of ammo from the enemies you killed.
BSAA Container 3
To the left of the gas station there will be a gate and a generator that you must fill with fuel in order to open. Follow the path beyond this gate and you shall be able to backtrack all the way back to the start of Racoon City. Here, you will find the final BSAA Container and earn your trophy.
