No Sleep for Kaname Date has plenty of unlockable bonus scenes and concept art for players that are interested enough to seek them out. One method of unlocking these is taken directly from Nirvana Initiative: the Hidden Eyes that the developers stuffed into each of the game’s Somniums. Searching around for these as the Somnium’s time limit ticks down can be quite a thrill, but also very stressful for some. If you are interested in unlocking bonus content but don’t want to scavenge for these eyes, here is a guide on the locations of each Hidden Eye in No Sleep for Kaname Date.
All Hidden Eye Locations in No Sleep for Kaname Date
Each of the three Somniums in No Sleep for Kaname Date- Decadent Knell, Destructive Knowledge, and Distortional Knighthood- has three eyes hidden in it. This guide will go over each of the eyes in the order that they will appear while naturally playing through the game.
Decadent Knell Hidden Eye #1
For the first Hidden Eye in Decadent Knell, progress the Somnium until you reach Mental Block #2 and are transported to the amusement park. From here, walk to the left until you reach a small panda. The eye will appear once you are close enough.
Decadent Knell Hidden Eye #2
Decadent Knell’s second Hidden Eye can be found at the very end of the quiz game segment that occurs during Mental Lock #3. Walk toward the edge between the two ropes that you have to climb for the “1+1 = ?” Question and the eye will appear.
Decadent Knell Hidden Eye #3
The third and final Hidden Eye of Decadent Knell will be stationed on a chair near the door during the bar segment of Mental Lock #4.
Destructive Knowledge Hidden Eye #1
Destructive Knowledge’s first Hidden Eye can be found during Mental Lock #2. Walk as far left in the room as the game allows you to, and the eye will appear on a chair in the corner.
Destructive Knowledge Hidden Eye #2
For the second Hidden Eye of Destructive Knowledge, wait until you’re transported to Boss’ office for Mental Lock #3. Walk behind her desk, and the eye will appear before you.
Destructive Knowledge Hidden Eye #3
Next up is the third Hidden Eye of Destructive Knowledge. This one can be found sitting on a bench during the amusement park sequence of Mental Lock #4.
Distortional Knighthood Hidden Eye #1
The first Hidden Eye of Distortional Knighthood can be a bit tricky to spot. As soon as you enter the Somnium, walk to the very end of the train car and turn your camera upward. You’ll see the eye floating above you.
Distortional Knighthood Hidden Eye #2
Distortional Knighthood’s second Hidden Eye can be found on the train tracks during Mental Lock #3. Walk to the very end of the tracks and into the tunnel behind the Soda. There, the gigantic eye will appear.
Distortional Knighthood Hidden Eye #3
Finally, progress Distortional Knighthood until Mental Lock #4. Once you’re on the other side of the subway, walk to the map that’s in between the two sets of stairs. The last Hidden Eye of the game will appear in the corner of this map.
