Hades 2: All 33 Keepsakes List (Locations, Effects, The Best)

Hades 2 All 33 Keepsakes List Locations Effects The Best

With the final version out, it was time for someone to put up a complete list with all of the Keepsakes in Hades 2. And I decided to be that person. To keep things short for new players to the series, Keepsakes are items you receive from the friendly NPCs after giving them a Gift. For some of them, you can even give this gift on your first ever encounter, unlocking their specific Keepsake. During each region you pass through, you can equip 1 of these Keepsakes and get a great bonus to make your fights easier.

Since Nectar (the only gift you can give) is relatively rare in the beginning, here’s a complete list of all the Keepsakes in Hades 2 so you can plan which ones you feel are more important to get early on and decide which ones are the best. After the list I’ve also written which ones I consider the best, based on region.

The new Keepsakes that came with the official release are close to the bottom. They are all available after finishing the game (seeing end credits), so I won’t focus too much on them.

If you have any questions or need any extra help, please hit me up on Discord, since I’m always available there!

All Keepsakes List for Hades 2

Besides one of the end-game Keepsakes, all of them unlock by giving a gift to one of the characters below. By using them often, you can upgrade from the Common effect to the Epic effect. By using the Cherished Heirloom Hera/Demeter Duo Boon, you can get to the Heroic effect for most of them.

Here’s the complete list, in the same order they appear in the case:

Best Keepsakes

Best Ones for Beginners

If you feel like you often die too easily and your stats (Magika and Health) are always too low, here’s a little combination you can go for.

If you can change Keepsakes between regions, start off with Hecate’s Silver Wheel for an initial boost to Magika. The boost will remain with you for the whole run even after changing it. Then, in the second region, get either Luckier Tooth or Silken Sash. Silken Sash is better if you feel like you can dodge the attacks of mobs, and Luckier Tooth is better for not ending runs too early.

If the current’s region boss is too hard for you, equipping Odysseus’ Knuckle Bones is a must to make the battle easier.

Overall Good Keepsakes

Moon boons are usually extremely good only if you get the Moon Beam Keepsake in the first region. With the upgrades, the boon gets extremely powerful and it can carry a lot of boss fights with the Full Moon option.

Blackened Fleece is also top-tier, as you can get it in a latter region and the damage received in earlier regions counts for the 250 damage taken.
