Digimon Story: Time Stranger’s endgame is filled to the brim with sidequests for the players to go on and obtain Agent Points in the process. One of these sidequests requires the player to travel back to the Shinjuku of eight years ago and scavenge around for hidden Etemon Soul Bits. While some of these Etemon are easy to find, others can be quite a challenge as they are in locations that are obscure even after an entire playthrough (especially those hidden in the sewers). If you are having any difficulty with this quest, please follow this detailed guide showcasing every Etemon location in Digimon Story: Time Stranger.
Digimon Time Stranger – Etemon Soul Bit Locations
The quest to find all of the Etemon, All Eyes on Me, will automatically begin upon getting the ability to travel to any location from the In-Between Theater near the end of the game. These Etemon Soul Bits can only be found in the past version of Shinjuku, and thus, you’re unlikely to see most of them while going through other sidequests, which primarily take place in the present day.
Each area has exactly one Etemon hidden within it, and some of them are even located in the tutorial dungeon you can still access. For the sake of simplicity, this guide will tackle their locations in the order of Shinjuku -> Shinjuku Underground -> Akihabara -> Sewers.
Shinjuku: A Certain Back Alley
You’ll find the very first Etemon in the southern section of the area, right by the entrance to the East Shopping District.

Shinjuku: East Shopping District
This Etemon can be found Shopping directly in the middle of the street, not hiding at all.

Higashi-Shinjuku: Vision Square
The next Etemon is located in the middle of the area, sining to a crowd of bystanders.

Higashi-Shinjuku: Koshu-Kaido Intersection
You’ll be able to find this Etemon hanging from a tree near the southern exit of the area.

Kaido Intersection Coffee Shop
The coffee shop you visit during several sidequests also has an Etemon inside of it now. He’s directly in front of the counter so just attack him and go.

Seibu-Shinjuku: Overbridge Intersection
This Etemon is located on the left side of the map, hanging from the roof of the bridge itself.

Tokyo Metropolitan Goverment Building: Exterior
You’ll be able to find the next Etemon singing directly in front of the goverment building itself.

Shinjuku Park: Waterfall Plaza
Next head on over to the park in Shinjuku. Here you will find an Etemon hanging from a tree on the right hand side of the area.

Shinjuku Underground Town: Subroad
Head down the stairs in Vision Square as its time to start getting the underground Etemon. This first one can be found singing to the crowd in the bottom left of the map.

Marunonaka Line: Shinjuku Station
Make your way to the very bottom of the station and you’ll find this Etemon playing dead next to the train tracks.

Shinjuku Underground: Promenade
The next Etemon can be found singing directly in the center of this small area in the subway.

Shinjuku Station: East Gate
You’ll find this Etemon conversing with some NPCs near the exit on the right side of the area.

Akihabara Station: Electric Town South Exit
Now that we’ve gotten all of above and underground Shinjuku Etemon, it’s time to head on over to Akihabara. The first Etemon here can be found in front of a Manga store halfway through the area.

Akihabara: A Certain Back Alley
This Etemon can be found playing dead in the parking space directly next to the area’s taxi.

Shinjuku Underground Waterway: South Block
The last three Etemon are all located in the game’s tutorial dungeon. The first can be found staring at some trash in the bottom right corner of the first room.

Shinjuku Underground Waterway: North Block
This Etemon can be found floating in the water at the very bottom of this area of the dungeon.

Shinjuku Underground Reservoir
Finally, head to the Underground Reservoir. Here you will find the last Etemon near the left exit to area. Once you have attacked all of the Etemon, head to the In-Between Theater and the quest will automatically clear.
