Boss battles in Undertale and Deltarune have been some of the most unique RPG experiences ever, and Deltarune Chapter 5 has continued that trend with some incredibly creative boss gimmicks. Perhaps no boss battle in the game is as unique as the one against Yellow and Blue, who will hold a trial and keep the player within the fight until they can prove their innocence. This fight can be quite tricky, and if you’re having any trouble figuring out what to do, then please feel free to use this guide for all case answers and evidence in the Yellow and Blue boss fight in Deltarune Chapter 5.
All Case Answers and Evidence in Yellow and Blue’s Boss Battle
Every other turn during the boss fight against Yellow and Blue, Yellow will put Kris and the gang on trial for various misdeeds around the castle, requiring you to select the true culprit and the evidence that proves they’re involved in the crime.
There’s no getting around the might of JUSTICE; selecting the wrong culprit and the wrong evidence will cause Blue and Yellow to loop their attacks from the previous turn until the next trial turn begins anew. If you want to win this boss battle, you’re going to need to successfully defend yourself in all cases.
While you fight the two of them, you’ll be repeatedly given hints about the current case, such as “Green conspicuously oils the popcorn fan” before you select your actions each turn.
By listening to these hints, or by brute forcing your way past them (though that would take a LOT of turns), it becomes clear that the culprit and evidence for each trial are the following:

After successfully getting the correct answer in the final case, Yellow become shocked by the results and the boss battle will end, allowing you to continue to make your way through the castle.
