While most of the alternate nostalgia costumes in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse are locked behind either the game’s Midnight Edition or pre-orders, there are two costumes that can be unlocked through normal means. Those being the “Cursed Outfit” (Which is unlocked via getting the worst ending) and the “Sonia Style Costume”. The Sonia outfit is perhaps the most obscure costume in the game as it’s based off the protagonist of the very niche game Castlevania Legends, Sonia Belmont. If you’re curious about how to unlock this outfit, then please feel free to consult this guide on how to unlock the Sonia Belmont cosumte in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse
How to Unlock the Sonia Belmont Costume in Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse

The unlock method for this costume is a very classic one. All you need to do to unlock the Sonia Belmont costume is input the Konami Code on any of the game’s menus. So just pause your game and input the code. If you’re a bit on the younger side and weren’t around the last time Konami released video games frequently, here is the inputs for the Konami code on all modern consoles
| Console | Code |
|---|---|
| PlayStation | Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, O |
| Xbox | Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B |
| Nintendo | Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A |
After inputting the code correctly, a notification will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen informing you that you’ve unlock a new outfit. To equip alternate costumes, pause the game and scroll on over to the System tab. In this menu the bottom option will be for equipping character skins.

Seeing an outfit inspired by such an obscure protagonist in this game was quite a treat and further shows how Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is a game for longtime fans of the franchise.
