The city of Dagison is no stranger to brave warriors and gladiators, with the brutal games going on the city’s streets are practically lined to the brim with them. Amongst these gladiators are a fair few that the player can recruit in order to increase the size of their army. One of these gladiators is the attention craving Majide, who despite his appearances is actually a big softy who just wants someone to believe in him. If you want to be that someone, then please consider using this guide on how to recruit Majide in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave.

How to Recruit Majide in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave

Every unit’s recruitment requirements varies depending on your route in order to make sure you don’t rely on the same party for all characters. Some protagonists can get Majide early while others will need to wait quite a while to get him. Here are his recruitment requirements across all four routes.

RouteSupport RequirementRenown RequirementSpecial Requirement
Cai25Wants to be heard
Leda39Wants to be heard
Theodora38Wants to be heard
Dietrich38Wants to be heard

Cai will be able to recruit Majide around his sixth chapter while the other characters will have to wait quite a bit longer to recruit this attention craving gladiator.

As for how you’ll be raising his support level, Majide loves booze, women, fighting, and being strong. The only one of those which we can actually give him is booze so make sure you stop by and see him once a week to give him some Ghosh to raise his support and then stuff his belly full of meals at the inn.

Now that we’ve raised both our renown and our support with Majide high enough for him to hear us out, it’s time to actually do that. This recruitment is deceptively easy as it’s one of few to completely kick you out of the recruitment menu mid-way through the process.

After clicking the recruit button for the first time, Majide will ask if you truly need him on your team. When he asks this, make sure you Admit It. He’ll say he doesn’t believe you and you’ll be kicked out of the recruitment menu, but you haven’t failed. Repeat what you just did and Admit It a second time.

Again, Majide will say that he doesn’t believe you and you’ll be kicked out of the recruitment menu, you still haven’t failed though. Repeat the process one more time, only this time Majide will ask you to say that your truly need him from the bottom of your heart. Make sure you say it and he’ll join your party.

While Majide isn’t the best party member in the game, his personal skill “Hellbent Axe” gives him +3 strength when he has an axe equipped, which is a pretty decent buff in most situations.
