If you want to recruit units in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, then you’re going to need some Renown. While you’ll get some Renown during the main story, you’ll have to spend a lot of time doing side quests to actually get a sizeable amount. While most of these quests involve going out into the world and fighting enemies, others simply ask you to run around the city of Dagison and speak to specific characters. One of these quests in the Lost Temple Cat, which first appears during chapter 6 of Cai’s story. During this quest, the player will need to find one small cat in a gigantic city. Lost Temple Cat Quest Walkthrough
Speak to the priest woman by the temples in order to learn that a cat has run off and begin the quest. You’ll have a month of in-game time to find the cat but you can complete this quest within a minute or two if you know where it is.
The woman will tell you that the cat ran down temple road toward the arena. While this may make you want to search around South Temple Road itself, the cat has actually run a bit further than that. Make your way to Midtown and walk on over to the fountain across from the Arena entrance.
Behind this fountain you’ll find a very thirst kitty. Talk to her and she’ll run on back to her owner by the temples. Return to the quest giver yourself and you’ll have another quick and easy quest cleared.
As a reward for finding the cat, you’ll be given 2,500 gold and 130 Renown. This is an enormous reward considering all you had to do was run around town and speak to a cat.
