Time is an incredibly valuable resource during the final chapters of most character’s routes in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave. When you only have a handful of turns to complete each side quest and paralogue you encounter, you’ll find yourself taking full advantage of the few quests that can be completed in a single turn. One of these quests is The Hunt for Gisco’s Treasure, which asks you to search for a single item within all of Dagison. The Hunt for Gisco’s Treasure Quest Walkthrough
By the baths in Dagison’s Hightown you’ll find an old man who will speak to you about a lost treasure that has been hidden in Dagison. The treasure being in Dagison itself means we need to search the city itself for it, do not travel out onto the world map you won’t find it there.
We’ll be given a riddle to find the treasure “A colossus gazes upon Baal’s waters. On the stone where she point, something worthy of note”. While that riddle doesn’t completely spell out where the treasure is, it does help us narrow down the location quite a bit.
Make your way down to the pier in Dagison’s Lowtown and you’ll find that the statue here can now be examined. Doing so will point your camera upward to show where the statue is pointing. From here we just need to follow its hand and we’ll find the treasure.
Following the direction that the statue is pointing in, you’ll find a glowing yellow item on the railing underneath the stairs. It may look identical to the various gifts and materials that you have been picking up around town the whole game, but this is indeed the item we need to pick up for the quest.
Once you have obtained Gisco’s Treasure, return to the old man to turn in the quest. He’ll be keeping the treasure for himself but for your efforts you’ll be rewarded with a Morfis Almanac, 5,000 Gold, and 80 Renown (Though you’ll likely have hit max Renown rank by this point anyway).
