Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter features one of the most unique cooking systems in gaming history, as not only does cooking provide the player with free healing items that they may use at any time, but successfully cooking a snack or meal for the first time will permanently increase one of the party’s stats. However, players will be unable to cook a recipe unless they first find and eat it themselves. Several of these meals only appear in a single location in the game, permanently locking players out of a stat upgrade. Most of the recipes in the game can be gained by purchasing and consuming meals found in the game’s many stores, with only a few being found inside of treasure chests. Because it is not possible to backtrack to earlier towns, it is recommended to always buy everything whenever you visit a new town. While some meals can be purchased at multiple locations, this guide will cover the game in a linear order and showcase only the first location that a player can get each meal.

Your missing a recipe for the Prologue- the Salad Sandwich. It can be found in the Gurune Gate cafeteria.
Ah! I actually do have that in the guide but listed in in Chapter 1 as I found it there. Going inside of Gurune Gate during the prologue must have slipped my mind!
