If you started playing Starsand Island, you’ve probably noticed already that chests give you not just simple rewards, such as resources etc. Some of the blueprints you can receive in order to craft things can only be achieved though chests. Here’s the complete guide on how to find all treasure chest locations in Starsand Island.
All Treasure Chests on Starsand Island Main Map
Here’s an interactive map for all the chests you can find on the main island. If you press on each icon, there will be small explanations on where each one is, in case they’re hidden or extra steps are needed to get to them. I’ve also named each one based on the rewards/blueprints you get from each chest.

Cross to the small island across from Blue beach and you will find the chest on the wooden podium.
Chest will be in a shrine like construction.
The chest will be next to the road, towards the rocks.
The chest will be located right on the edge of the cliff.
Facing inward towards the island, the chest should be in front of a rock formation.
The chest will be outside the house. You can try to reach it by jumping from across the entrance, as there isn't a specific walk line that can help you reach it.
Check outside the house, along the wall.
The chest will be within the shrine, behind the stone sign.
Check behind the shrine, next to the opposing wall and close to the cliffside.
Go up on the hill and the chest will be next to a big rock.
The chest should be outside. at the edge of the house, on the porch.
The chest will be inside the shrine, on the left side.
The chest should be located right outside the walls, next to an umbrella.
If you approach from the inner island, The chest should be visible from the outer wall. Otherwise, the view might be obstructed by the rock formation next to it. It should also be visible if walking/swiming through the water.
If you are approaching from the outside, towards the river, the chest should be on your right, by the wall.
Approaching the edge of the cliff, the chest will be located next to a big tree.
On the floating bridge, the chest will be at one of the shorter ends.
You will find the chest behind the rocks and towards the river.
The chest should be right next to the road, near a pole.
The chest will be on the wooden platform on the edge of the river, next to some wooden boxes.
This chest is on top of where the little pandas live, however it won't be accessible right away so don't worry if you can't get to the top right away.
The chest won't be in the gazebo itself, but rather outside where the whitescreen with the star ornaments is.
Don't go inside the building. The chest will be in the outside corner of the wall.
Check out in front of the porch at the entrance. You should be able to see the chest there.
Check out the shrine.
On the wooden platform, there should be a chest next to the wooden boxes.
Go inside the house.
Check the porch behind the house.
The chest should be at the ends of the podium, next to some bags.
Check behind the vending machines.
The chest will be inside the kitchen area of the house.
Right outside the clothes boutique, under the wood and near the stairs.
Go behind the counter in the cafe.
Check out the corner of the inner walls.
The chest should be right next to the stairs leading up.
Outside, near the side wall, next to two recycling bins (one blue, one white).
Find some wooden platforms and the chest should be on the top one.
Check below the tree.
You should see the chest opposite to Zerine's General Store.
This chest is right nect to the stairs leading down to the river bank.
Check behind the vending machines near the outside tables.
Make sure you check mellow, since it's technically below the stone, right next to the wall.
It doesn;t really show on the map, but there is a little island there. You can either swim or rent a speed boat. Or surf, if you got the surfing board already.
This chest is very close to your farm. you might encounter it on the way to the animal farm.
Check behind the counter of the bar.
You should probably find this chest on the way to the Moonlit Forest, right next to some copper ore.
Check under the wooden bridge next to the stairs.
Check on top of the wooden platform.
The chest is located under the umbrella and next to the three wooden boxes.
On the way, to the water, the chest will be on the stairs.
All Treasure Chests on Moonlit Forest Map
Here is the interactive map for all the chests you can find in the Moonlit Forest. Exploring the forest should help you in finding a lot of them, but you might miss on a few blueprints if you don’t know where to look. Make sure to upgarde your tools as you go, as parts of the forest will be locked behind ore that can’t be broken with underlevelled tools.

This one shows up after your first fight right next to camp and it looks more like an aconr than a normal chest.
For this one, you'll have to clib, so make sure you jump over other stones to get higher up.
There's two of them almost in the same place, but once you notice the first one, you should be able to see the second one too.
For this one too, I belive you have to go around a few things to see it properly.
Be careful about trying to jump in between spaces, as you might just call through the cracks. There will usually be a pretty obvious path on how to climb or get down to each chest. In this case, jump over the mushrooms.
This one will be right at the entrance into the new area so it will be pretty obvious.
The chest will be on the corridor.
Go through the waterfall.
This one is a bit tricky, but basically you have to swim at the spot where the bubble closest to the cliff will lift you up and then jump over.
This chest is just in the new camp that you can teleport to.
The chest is once again in the shape of an acorn, and it's hidden behind some bushes, so make sure to check.
There will be a set of ladders that you can climb. Once you get to the top, the chest will be at the centre.
You'll have to climb up by walking on a thick branch.
Pick up all 8 of the Moondew Shrooms to get the chest to appear.
This one isn't difficult to get to, you just have to look behind the rock formations as it's hidden behind them,.
Camp Chest.
For this one, you need to release the little ghosts from the orange stones. You'll know which ones they are, as they look distinctively different from Fluorite. Just mine around the area until you find all three of them and then the chest will appear.

You are basically gonna have to burst the bubble by using your weapon, whether that's a slingshot or the bow at this point.
Another picking one. You will have to pick up all the 8 Sleep Lillies at the location for the chest to appear.
The chest should be right next to an ore deposit, behind one of the stones.
You need to go through the waterfall again to find the chest. Continue down the river, as there will be an elevator to take you back up. You will have to continue down the waterfall to find a new chest as well as the elevator.
Chest will be near the elevato. This one is especially relevant to the Adventurer Profession, as it contains one of the two keys you need for the mission.
Camp chest.
First of all, you're going to have to climb up, as this chest is upon a cliff. You will also. once more, have to find the 3 Gravemite ghosts and release them.
As the chest is quite high, you will have to jump along the terrain close to the wall to the reach it.

Check the inner wall close to the cliff for the chest.
The chest will be next to the stone stairs.
Just in case the shape of the chest looks misleading, it will look like a tree trunk or tree bark.
Burst the bubble to release the chest with your weapon.
This one is very close to one of the campsites, below the wheel.

Acorn shape chest.
Inside. Normal chest.
Descend and the chest should be along the wall next to the stairs.
So this one is a bit more specific. By this point, you're gonna need water arrows too get the tree log to grow our so you can reach the chest.
If it isn't very clear, make sure to go to the higher level to reach the chest.
This one should be easy to spot, as it is literally in the corner.
Check next to the stairs leading up.
Tree bark shape chest.
By the stairs, the chest can only be activated by releasing the ghosts from the 3 Crystaliths.
Camp chest.
Check under the tree, on top of the rock, not under.
Before going up the platform, the chest will be hidden left, in between the woods constructions.
Inside the stone arch.
Destroy the glowing stones on top of the statues for the chest to be revealed.
The chest will be held by one of the ancient statues.
