One of the best ways to make money quick in KCD2 is to gamble everything on dice! Though the dice game can be a bit confusing at the start, once you get the right set of dice and learn the rules, you can become the richest man in Bohemia. Ignoring the normal chances with normal dice, you can get special dice that have a higher probability of getting special numbers. In this guide I will list all of the unique dice in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, their roll probabilities, and their locations to get.
How Does the Dice Game Work?
The only gambling game in KCD2 is Farkle, a game where you roll 6 dice and select them to gain points. Each roll you choose how many points you want to keep and if you want to risk rolling again, potentially losing everything, or keeping the points you got until then.
Usually your best bet is to hold a 1 die and roll again until you either get 3, 4, or 5 of a kind, or a flush. Once you are only left with 3 dice, the safest bet is to give up and keep the points until then. If you somehow manage to get points from all of the dice on the floor, you can use all 6 dice again.
Here’s how you would play the game:
- Objective: Be the first to reach a target score by rolling scoring combinations.
- Turn Flow:
- Start with 6 dice
- Select scoring dice (WASD + E to hold)
- Choose:
- Score & Continue (F): Roll remaining dice (risk busting)
- Score & Pass (Q): Bank points safely
- Bust/Farkle:
- Lose all unbanked points for the turn if a roll yields no valid scoring dice
- Can occur even on first roll
At the start of the game, Henry begins with normal dice that have an equal chance of getting either number from 1 to 6. So, your chance to get a 1 die would be 16.66%.
However, with the help of special cheat dice, you can change the probabilities and win more often without basing everything on luck. Here’s where the list below will be helpful for you, since you can see exactly what your chance is of getting each side of the die.
List of All Dice, Their Roll Probabilities, and Locations
There are 36 type of dice in KCD2 and you can get each one of them multiple times. This usually allows for really cheesy ways to win the game.

If you’re wondering how I got these numbers, there’s a game file that says the exact “weight” of each side. To get the exact percentage for each side of the die, I used this equation: (side weight ÷ total weight) × 100.

Best Die in KCD2
Saint Antiochus’ die is the best in the game and there’s no debating it. Once you get 6 of them, you will instantly win the dice game every time you play it. The only problem with this is that it would feel like cheating.
So, if you don’t mind cheesing the game, you can get 6 Saint Antiochus’ dice and win every time.

The heavenly kingdom dice can be taken from the townsman (dice player) at the back yard of the Hangman’s Halter Tavern
