To get the Om Mani Padme Hum achievement and fight one of the secret bosses in the game, you will need to collect all of Buddha’s Eyeballs. I promise, it’s not as gory as it sounds. To get these you will need to interact with various Buddha head statues, scattered across the Fright Cliff. Here is where to find all of them.
Where to Find All Buddha’s Eyeballs Locations in Black Myth: Wukong
There are exactly 6 Buddha’s Eyeballs to locate, all hidden along Chapter 2.
Buddha’s Eyeball #1
Fright Cliff → Squall Hideout: As you enter the Fright Cliff, you’ll immediately encounter a towering stone Buddha head with glowing yellow eyes, directly in front of the shrine. It’s hard to miss.

Buddha’s Eyeball #2
Fright Cliff → Squall Hideout: After leaving the first shrine, take the right path and climb the wooden stairs. Atop the stairs, where some enemies are shooting projectiles at you, you’ll find another Buddha head calling out to you.

Buddha’s Eyeball #3
Fright Cliff → Squall Hideout: From the second shrine, look down to the left and you’ll see the head below.
Buddha’s Eyeball #4
Fright Cliff → Squall Hideout: From the third shrine, take the left path and walk straight until you reach a Buddha head calling out to you from a distance.
Buddha’s Eyeball #5
Fright Cliff → Rockrest Flat: Enter the cave opposite the altar before the Rockrest Flat. Turn right immediately and follow the path to the end. The Buddha head is beyond the Mother of Stone boss.
Buddha’s Eyeball #6
Fright Cliff → Rockrest Flat: The final Buddha head is located directly to the left of the altar in the Rockrest Flat.
