After almost 20 hours in-game and a maximum of 20 Respect reached, I’ve decided to look in the game files to figure out how we’re supposed to get all of the Respect points in the game and how to unlock the 2nd, secret ending for Artis Impact, so we can actually see something satisfying at the end of the whole story.

How to Unlock Secret Ending
To unlock the secret ending, you will need to get at least 28 Respect before heading with the Hover to Winterlake. Once you reach Winterlake you won’t be able to go back and you’ll lose your chance to increase Respect.
Obvious spoilers on the ending:
The hidden “ending” is a scene in the post-game where you can talk to Hunter Talia in Winterlake and get to hear more about the game’s hidden lore.All Ways to get Respect
You can get a total of 37 Respect throughout Artis Impact. Each time you see Honor+ or Reputation+ on screen, it means you just got a Respect point. You can always see how many Respect points you have by looking at your most current save file in the save menu.
Here’s how you can get these in chronological order. Make sure to check the boxes of the points you got, so you know which ones are left to complete!
Prologue (+2 R)
This one is the first you’ll probably miss and never get another chance to get. When you reach the Central Area, right before you enter the Subway, talk to the little girl with her mother next to Sunbuck. You’ll automatically get +1 Respect.
You get this one by default after leaving the room where you defeated your first AI in the Subway.
Sunnyside (+3 R)
Milton Bank
Milton Bank is a den of Respect points.
First, talk to the Mademoiselle in the right corner that seems to be ignoring Akane. Talk to her a bunch of times until she tells you that a night costs $60. There’s a 10% chance for this dialogue to trigger, so insist until you get it. Pay her and you’ll get +1 Respect.
Second, once you pay to get Interest Plan II, talk to the muscular dark-skinned Chap. You’ll finally teach him how the brochure works and you’ll get +1 Respect.
Third, talk to the Salaryman at the ATM 4 times until he mentions he’ll need to sell his underwear. That’s when you can offer $300 and get +1 Respect.
Diner
This is just a fun fact, there’s code to get Respect if you get at least 4 answers right during the interview, but there no right answers and you fail every time.
Windy Vines (+1 R)
Defeat the boss at the end of the Windy Vines area on the World Map, the forest west of Sunnyside.
Maze (+2 R)
The map for the Maze is upside down until you reach the room in the upper-left corner.
Defeat the boss in the red room and salvage its body to get +1 Respect.
Defeat the green room story boss to get another +1 Respect and advance the main quest.
Tigooye Wilds (+1 R)
Defeat the story boss, the Breeder, and advance the main quest.
Meiji Spa (+10 R)
You need to defeat Belle and then say that you’re not okay with losing for the sake of the story to get to Meiji Spa. If you don’t do this, you’ll never see Meiji Spa in this playthrough.
Exploration
Every day you can scout the map once. There are 6 locations to discover and each time you clear one you’ll get +1 Respect. So, in total, you should get 5 Respect (the Snow Cave doesn’t count) just from clearing locations.
Locations aren’t discovered by day, they are discovered by chance. Fort Keep and Fort Keep Hill have only a 20% chance for you to discover after you’ve already discovered the other 3. I only managed to discover Fort Keep Hill on day 14, so make sure to stay above the allotted time if you haven’t discovered all locations.
Weekend
On the Weekend, go to the onsen (the steaming spa in the back) and talk to the woman on the right. Wash her on the back and get your back washed to get +1 Respect.
Viggo
There’s a bulky man that will come to the spa (40% chance to spawn in the Reception from day 3 onward) and then wait in the Main Hall every day to fight someone worthy. You’ll have to enter the Main Hall often to trigger all his events and talk to him from day 8 to trigger the fight event. Once you beat him, you’ll get +2 Respect.
Day 11
There will be a random event where you fight an AI in one of the discovered locations and save some soldiers. Win and get +1 Respect
Day 12
On day 12, a grandpa and a kid will talk about wanting to eat in the Main Hall, next to the Restaurant. Give them a Meal Ticket to get +1 Respect. If you don’t have one, just buy another night at the Reception.
Abandoned Mall (+2 R)
Right as you get out of the toilet at the start of the Abandoned Mall exploration, enter the hidden door to the north. First time Bot will bring you some food. The second time you’ll meet Materoid and Singleroid.
Once you reach the Viking, you’ll be able to buy a Giant Soda Can from them. Buy it for $150 and you’ll get +1 Respect.
After the cutscene where Akane gives Bot her sword and he falls down, you’ll enter an empty room to just advance. In the upper left corner of the room there’s a hidden Tiny that will transport you to Night City. Walk to the end of the road and interact with the house at the end.
You’ll see a sign to pay $1200 for a business. Pay the owner and you’ll get Respect +1.
Honeydew Forest (+4 R)
Purchase ($880) and push the fish into the water for +1 Respect.
Interact with the Baby Bunny at the entrance of the forest. Then, purchase the Mama Bunny from the Hunter for $460. Head back and release the bunny on the small trail path for +1 Respect. Don’t actually approach the baby bunny at the end of the road, stay close to the exit to the place where you bought the mama bunny and you’ll get a Quest notification.
Once you do both things, a fox will spawn in the forest. Pay the hunter to free it and go through the event. Once that’s done, head to the camp and you’ll have to save the Hunter from a bear. This will get you +2 Respect.
Starfish Lagoon (+3 R)
For the first point, interact with the back door to trigger the opening event. Then, Get a deposit on the VIP room. Talk to Paul outside the tavern after 16:00 until he says it’s chilly outside and offer him a place in your room. Go to your room to sleep and let the event play out. You’ll get +1 Reputation at the end.
For the second, walk up and down the stairs until you spawn a man. Interact with all 3 men and you’ll get +1 Reputation.
For the third and final point, open the back door using both keys. The first one is on the wooden ship west of the Tavern. After you get it, open the first lock and leave and come back into the tavern to trigger the arguments between the tavern owners.
Then, leave and come back and talk to the little girl each time until she says that her father has gone missing. The patron is in the basement of the wooden ship where you found the first key. Follow the event through and you’ll open the door without breaking anything and get +1 Reputation.
Sandy Bay (+8 R)
Escort Missions
Find the Shiny White Mist with Adventurer Amma, +1 Respect. After 7 successful trips, you’ll need to head into the mini-dungeon in Mosswood Hill to bring her back. If you don’t know how many times you’ve helped her, just know Bot says to steal the Shiny Mist after 5 escorts.
You have an 8% chance to find it each time you go on escort missions after taking her out 10 times successfuly.
Escort the Old Herbalist 7 times successfully for +1 Respect.
Escort Prince Sweater successfully 2 times. You need to have escorted Old Herbalist 7 times and Amma 8 times for him to accept. You’ll get +1 Respect when starting the 3rd escort.
Redwood Dormitory
Donate over $10k to the Runner that comes on weekends for +1 Respect.
Pizza Maker
Work at Pizza Bay until things end. The next day, buy the house ($2000) in the Outskirts at the only door here that now has a sign.
Sleep a few times in the Lodge until you get an event where Akane builds a pizza making machine. Make pizza (pull the lever until the over is orange-red and the press the red button on the over until the fire starts) until something… new happens.
Start the Special Event outside the house and pay $8000 for the renovation. You now own a pizza shop. You’ll now need to work your way to win an award, which will get you +1 Reputation.
First, you’ll need to recruit Chef Mario. Go through the caves path in Mosswood Hill after him and interact with him to get a pizza. Then sleep at the fire, enter the next area, and do the same thing again. Go up and back down and he’s alone now. Escort him home and it’s time to start stalking him.
Go into the clinic (Care) between 5 and 15, in and out, until an event spawns. Then, head to the bank, in and out, until he spawns. Talk to him. Now go in and out until he talks to the clerk.
Now, between 14 and 20, go to Pizza Bay, in and out, until you get an event. Go in and out of Avenue from Uphill until you find him asleep there. If you missed him, he will spawn directly in Uphill. Recruit him in Uphill and done!
Second, you’ll need to work for – hours and make – profits. The work hours will trigger an event when walking to your house to place a pizza sign and a letter box. The profits will give you a chance to get a letter in the box for an interview.
Now just work at your pizza place until you create pineapple pizza and give the interview. Once these things happen, Mario will leave to an award show at the end of a shift at 23:00. If at least 16 days have passed since you’ve arrived in Sandy Bay, step in and out the pizza joint, you will finally finish this really long side quest and get +3 Reputation!
Billy
On day 8 after reaching Sandy Bay, Billy will spawn in the Center. You will then randomly find him in random shops looking for a job.
Go to the Pizza Bay after you’ve been fired, in and out a few times, until Billy’s event spawns. The event can only happen between 15 and 20.
Then go into the Kiosk, in and out, until you get 3 events with Billy where he finally convinces them to hire you. The first event spawns between 5 and 13, the second one between 18 and 23, and the last one between 12 and 18.
After witnessing all 4 events, walk to the Uphill, outside the Dormitory, in and out, and you’ll find Billy there. Go together to a flower field. Win and get +1 Respect in the Ward afterward.
Mosswood Hill (+3 R)
If you go to left instead of going into the cave where the Cook has gone, you’ll reach a “mini-dungeon” area. Defeat all 3 bosses for +1 Respect each.
