The Ys franchise has always prided itself on encouraging players to explore its worlds and discover the hidden treasures lying within them. The franchise’s newest entry, Ys X, introduced a new mechanic called mana sense, which can be used to find hidden buried treasures hidden on each of the game’s islands. For most islands in the game, finding these isn’t an issue as they are often small pieces of land. However the new island added to the Proud Nordics port of the game, Oland Island is another story entirely. This island is huge and thus finding these buried treasures can be quite a hassle. If you are having difficulty finding any of the buried treasures on Oland Island, please feel free to consult this guide on every Oland Island Buried Treasure location in Ys X: Proud Nordics.
Note: this guide is currently incomplete but shall be finished within three days at most.
Oland Island – East End Buried Treasures
Buried Treasure 1
The first buried treasure on the island can be found right near the entrance, directly next to the Oland Island – Mainland fast travel point.
Buried Treasure 2
You’ll find this treasure chest right at the entrance of the Deadman’s Blindroad building at the Oland Island – East End.
Buried Treasure 3
The third buried treasure on Oland Island can be found nead the end of the second room of the Deadman’s Blindroad building.
Buried Treasure 4
Immediately after the last treasure you’ll find this one at the entrance to the third room in the Deadman’s Blindroad.
Buried Treasure 5
You’ll find the next buried treasure by the fishing pond in the fourth room of the Deadman’s Blindroad.
Buried Treasure 6
After you get the ability to split up as Adol and Karja you’ll be able to access this part of the island and reach this buried treasure.
Buried Treasure 7
You won’t be able to reach this part of the island until Chapter 9. Once your mana board is upgraded you can find this buried treasure behind a ramp.
Oland Island – Midland Buried Treasures
Buried Treasure 1
The first buried treasure in the Midland area of the island can be found near the top of the cave where you first enter the area.
Buried Treasure 2
You’ll find this next buried treasure further along in the same cave.
Buried Treasure 3
The last buried treasure in the cave is located near the red crest door
Buried Treasure 4
The next buried treasure can be found near the entrance to Meldal Mountain.
Buried Treasure 5
For the fifth buried treasure, head to the southern area of the Meldal Mountain map and dig in this spot.
Buried Treasure 6
Moving on to Ragnar’s Tower, you’ll find this buried treasure near the entrance in the first room of the Lower Level.
Buried Treasure 7
This buried treasure is technically right next to the previous one, but you’ll need to maneuver around the entire room to reach the other side of the collapsed doorway to reach it.
Buried Treasure 8
The next buried treasure can be found in Ragnar’s Tower Middle Level 2, immediately after the first section where cannons are firing at you. This treasure is hidden beneath a statue that breaths fire, which you can move.
Buried Treasure 9
You’ll find the next buried treasure partway up Ragnar’s Tower Middle Level 2. It’s at the second part of the area where flying cannons are firing at you.
Buried Treasure 10
The last buried treasure in the area can be found by the entrance stairway in Ragnar’s Tower Upper Level 1.
Oland Island – Woodland Buried Treasures
Buried Treasure 1
The first buried treasure in the Oland Island Woodlands can be found south of the area entrance, by the door locked with a red seal.
Buried Treasure 2
You’ll find this buried treasure almost immediately after the previous one, it’s hidden behind some rocks.
Buried Treasure 3
Beneath the branches you can mana swing from there will be a circular outcove formed by rocks. There is a buried treasure here.
Buried Treasure 4
Directly next to the red chest which contains the Emerald Key, there will be a patch of dirt containing this buried treasure.
Buried Treasure 5
A bit further in the woods you’ll find this buried treasure on a very high ledge.
Buried Treasure 6
Follow the river path until you see a raised platform. Atop it is this buried treasure.
Buried Treasure 7
Near the end of the area there will be tall cliffside that you can just barely make it to with a mana board jump. The seventh buried treasure is located here.
Buried Treasure 8
The only buried treasure within the Wildered Warrior’s Manor is locked behind a Red Crest door.
Oland Island West End Buried Treasure Locations
Buried Treasure 1
You’ll find the first buried treasure in the west end on a cliffside by the cave entrance when you first unlock the area.
Buried Treasure 2
This buried treasure is located directly south of the previous one, by a lake in the same cave.
Buried Treasure 3
On a cliffside across from the previous buried treasure you’ll be able to find this one.
Buried Treasure 4
Keep progressing through the cave until you reas this cliff. Use your mana sense to locate a buried treasure in this area.
Buried Treasure 5
In the center of the large lake later in the cave there will be a small patch of land you can stand on, there is a buried treasure located here.
Buried Treasure 6
Directly north of the previous buried treasure you’ll find this one underneath an actual treasure chest.
Buried Treasure 7
The seventh buried treasure can be found near the exit of the cave.
Buried Treasure 8
Immediately after exiting the cave you’ll find the next buried treasure.
Buried Treasure 9
After the mana board race course there will be a buried treasure right by the island’s edge.
Buried Treasure 10
The next chest is near the entrance of the second room of the Blue Treasure House.
Buried Treasure 11
You’ll find this buried treasure in the room filled with gold in tbe center of the Blue Treasure House’s second room.
