One of the 3 collectables in VTMB 2, the Cross of Saint James is relatively easy to get, as it is located inside most of the main locations you will need to visit for the main mission. After finding Benny, you will get a bunch of quests around town. One of them will be Crosses to Bear from the Aurora Pawn. Completing the quest and collecting all the Crosse will get you 2000 XP, friendship points with Patience, and the Crucifixation achievement.
Here’s where to find the location of every Cross of Saint James in Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2.
Every Cross of Saint James Location
There’s 9 Crosses of Saint James scattered across Seattle. All of them are located inside buildings that you can enter during the main mission.
Haven

You can get the first Cross right as you leave your safe house in Haven. Instead of jumping down the elevator shaft, go down the stairs. After 2 floors (you’ll see a Floor 3 pointing the way you came down), look to the right at the Christmas tree. The Cross is right on top of the presents.
Glacier Hotel

Take the elevator upstairs. Walk inside the gig room and ascend the ladders to the left. Instead of going ahead through the archway, go around the balcony and you’ll find the Cross stuck inside a painting.
Weaver Tower

On the upper floor, right as you get out of the elevators, stuck in a couch.
Makom Bar

Walk all the way to the back in the storage where you witnessed the past as Fabien. The Cross is stuck in a barrel full of liquid gold.
Auto Repair

In the back of the shop, hanging off the tool rack.
Wake the Dead

Enter the cafe and walk to the left past the bar. The Cross is inside a book.
Aurora Pawn

In the hallways between Niko and Patience. On the ripped poster on the wall.
Hole in the Wall

At the back of the bar, where the pool tables are, you can find two dart boards. The Cross is stuck into one of them.
The Dutchman

Go to the end of the club and enter the bathroom in the corner. The cross is stuck in the mirror.
