You are casually playing co-op with your friend and he suddenly dies and needs help. Well, how do you revive him now? That’s a question that many have asked, to no avail. Stranded Deep is known for making things harder for players than they need to be. Here is how you can easily revive someone in Stranded Deep co-op, with the help of an item.
How to Revive Someone in Stranded Deep
The first thing you will need to get is bandages. You might have found some before in shipwreck cabinets, and thought that they would be great when fighting a shark, right? Well, they are good for something else as well.
To revive someone (specifically, your friend) in Stranded Deep co-op, you just have to:
- Approach the dead companion with a bandage equipped.
- Look at the body and hold E to revive.
- Done!
How to Make and Use a Bandage in Stranded Deep
To make a bandage in Stranded Deep, all one needs to do is:
- Open the Consumables menu.
- Find the Bandage.
- Click it to use 1 Cloth and 1 Lashing to craft it.
Now, to get both cloth and lashings, players will need a Loom or good luck while scavenging. Luckily, to make the Loom, all you need are 6 Sticks and 4 Lashing.
At the moment, bandages seem to only work when you are bleeding. If you use a Stranded Deep bandage while bleeding, you will lose the effect and also gain 2 bars of Health.
That means that the only good time to use it is when bleeding or when someone is dead and needs to be revived.
