All Chaos Emerald Giant Rings Locations in Sonic Superstars

There are Chaos Emerald large rings in every Zone in Sonic Superstars. However, if you manage to find 7 of them in the first 7 zones, then you will actually find blue giant rings in the last Zones of the game that would have worked if you didn’t already finish this “side quest.”

There is also a Chaos Emerald in each Act in a Zone, so you don’t need to find them multiple times per Act, since it will work the same way we described above.

This is why we will only mention 7 Chaos Emerald locations for the first 7 Zones in Sonic Superstars, avoiding the Golden Capital Zone and Cyber Station locations, for example.

So, here are all the Chaos Emerald giant rings locations in Sonic Superstars:

Bridge Island Act 1

This one is the easiest to find since it is on a mandatory path. The giant ring will fly right after the bridge with a waterfall under it, located right before the checkpoint.

Speed Jungle Act 1

Once you’ve been playing this Act for about a minute, keep an eye out for a bunch of springs on the ground. Each of these springs will lead your character to a different spot through a tunnel.

To start off, make sure to jump onto the spring that’s on the far left. This will take you through a short tunnel that leads you upwards and slightly to the right. The giant ring will be up there waiting for you.

Sky Temple Act 1

As you progress through the level, you’ll soon spot a vertical column. You can actually float to the top using a bunch of fans here. But hold on, don’t go all the way up just yet.

Look to your left and you’ll notice a little opening with a massive floating ring inside. So, glide into that opening and dive right into the minigame for another Chaos Emerald.

Pinball Carnival Act 1

To get to the next Chaos Emerald location in Sonic Superstars, start by heading downwards from the beginning of the Act and keep going after you pass the first checkpoint.

You’ll come across some spinning wheels that you can use to launch yourself in any direction. Look out for one that leads down into a short passage.

At the end of the corridor, you’ll see a pipe, but don’t go in just yet. Instead, check out the spinning wheel to the left of the pipe that leads back up. Jump onto it and head into the corridor above. Finally, jump into the pipe and you’ll end up right next to the Chaos Emerald minigame.

Lagoon City Act 1

As you start off in the zone, get ready to zip around a couple of water slides that will take you on a fun ‘S’ shaped ride. Then, hop over a small gap and onto a ledge.

But be careful, because this ledge will start to crumble right away! To avoid falling, quickly move to the right. Once the whole ledge disappears, jump off the edge on your left while sticking close to the wall.

You’ll find a hidden gap that leads to a small corridor. Watch out for the water jet on the ground – it’ll send you flying back out! Just jump over it and head straight into the Chaos Emerald minigame.

Sand Sanctuary Act 1

Once you pass through the first checkpoint in Act 1, get ready to encounter a cool sandy waterfall. To reach the top, you’ll need to keep jumping up.

After that, jump to the left and you’ll come across another waterfall. But wait, there’s more! You’ll spot a ‘grind rail’ leading to the left. Hop on it and then jump onto another rail to keep going.

Now, let’s head up and to the right while defeating those pesky birds along the way. When you reach the end, drop down and move to the left. You’ll notice a ledge, but it’s a bit too high for you to reach on your own. Use the Ivy Emerald Power and ride it up to reach the Chaos Emerald location.

Press Factory Zone Act 2

This one might be the easiest one to get. Around 4 to 5 minutes into your playthrough of this Act, you should enter a rocket and fly to the skies.

The rocket will explode and you will free fall for a while. When you finally reach the ground, go to the left instead of going the normal way to the right. You will immediately find the final Chaos Emerald location and unlock the Super power for all of your characters.
