Can You Romance Lakrissa in BG3?
No, you cannot romance Lakrissa in BG3. Even though she flirts with the main character throughout the whole game, you can’t actually get any further than that with her.
After you make the bet with her, you can flirt with her a bit at the party after defeating the Goblins. As things progress, you will notice, if Alfira is still alive, that they talk a lot with each other.
Even though you might assume that they are just really good friends, things change in Act 3, when they are a couple. When you meet Lakrissa in Baldur’s Gate, you can ask her for a kiss instead of the 10 gold she owes you, which she will reject, saying that “things changed.”
Unfortunately, even if you played as the Dark Urge and you didn’t save Alfira, Lakrissa will still reject you, saying the same thing.
Still, we have seen the developers add new romance scenes for Minthara, so we wouldn’t be surprised if they added a possible romance with Lakrissa if the fans insisted enough.
